All jewellery comes with a 6 month warranty, because we want you to look good, feel great, and live hassle-free every day ♡

Here's what's covered:

✔️ Broken clasps or fastenings

✔️ Snapped or broken chains

✔️ Earring hoops not opening and closing properly

✔️ Jump rings coming loose or undone

✔️ Faulty closures or connection points

✔️ Any defects of metal materials

✔️ Stones coming loose

• Our pieces are waterproof, hypoallergenic, and tarnish-resistant, made from stainless steel with 18krt gold plating.

• While the materials are high quality, natural wear from rubbing, scratching, is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty. Please be mindful of exposing your jewels to harsh chemicals as this is also not covered under our jewellery warranty
