All jewellery comes with a 6~month warranty, because we want you to look good, feel great, and live hassle-free every day ♡

Here's what's covered:

✔️ Snapped or broken chains

✔️ Earring hoops not opening and closing properly

✔️ Jump rings coming loose or undone

✔️ Faulty closures or connection points

✔️ Any defects of metal materials

✔️ Stones coming loose

• Our pieces are waterproof, hypoallergenic, and tarnish-resistant, made from stainless steel with 18krt gold plating.

• While the materials are high quality, natural wear from rubbing, scratching, or harsh chemicals can gradually affect the gold plating — this is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty.
