Shipping
Your order is being shipped from Sunshine Coast, Australia. Please note that potential delays could be due to public holidays, customs or for other circumstances. We are not responsible for delays in transit and will not be refunding for delays unless the parcel is deemed lost in transit.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your initial order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping rates are calculated just before checkout. Shipping rates have been kept as low as possible for you!
ETA for orders within Australia 3-10 business days and 14-30 business days for international orders
Refunds & Returns
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up in your account.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund
