Enjoy free 60 day returns. If it's not quite right you can return your item within 60 days of delivery.
How it works
- Email us with your return request
- We will send simple return instructions
- Post your item back using tracked shipping
- Your refund or exchange will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your item.
Please ensure
- Items must not be damaged, worn, or altered
- Proof of purchase is required
- We prefer items to be returned in the original packaging but if you no longer have it that is completely ok. Just make sure that the piece is safely and securely packaged so your item arrives back to us in perfect condition.
Jewellery Warranty
Our jewellery is covered by a separate quality warranty in addition to our 60-day returns policy.
If you experience a manufacturing fault or quality issue outside the return 60 day return period, you may be eligible for a warranty claim which is valid for upto 6~months. Please visit our Jewellery Warranty page for full details or contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Refunds
If you have requested a refund we will guide you through our easy process. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up in your account.
